IT Support - Lisburn - Permanent - c£35,000 DOE REED Technology are delighted too represent an excellent MSP who due to continued growth are seeking to add an additional Support engineer too their team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role. The Engineer will be responsible for the deployment of hardware & software, providing technical expertise and guidance (1st & 2nd Line IT Support), The role will cover a mixture of helpdesk Support & onsite client installations. Experience in server architecture, Windows Servers, Hyper V Strong problem-solving and technical skills Knowledge of network security and protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Email, Security, MFA, and applications like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams Ability to work well in a team and independently You will be working as part of a team putting our customers first, There will be assistance providing 1st & 2nd line support service, including remote & onsite to ensure that all service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Responsibilities Help desk ticket System Provide hardware & software support Remotely Take part in projects with Team Members Queue tickets and cases via Connectwise Manage PSA Hardware & Software Installation onsite. Essential Criteria At least 2+ years in an IT Support role (2nd line experience is beneficial) * Experience with Windows Server and Desktops * knowledge on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365 * knowledge working with Active Directory & Azure AD * Vast knowledge on DNS, DHCP and Group Policy * Backup - Configure, maintain, troubleshooting experience.
