This firm manages a variety of Property matters, both Residential & Commercial – specialising in Property Litigation and the recovery of property related debts. This team of Solicitors deals with technical matters from start to finish, often breaking new ground in case law and is ably assisted with full Paralegal/Assistant support. This team deals with a range of Property Litigation and Commercial Property matters and may accommodate a particularly strong Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a broader range of experience. You'll be joining a very experienced technical team which has gone from strength to strength over recent years due to its high-quality work and high level of client service. You will be offered all the support you may need with getting fully up to speed. A strong willed, confident and articulate Property Litigation Solicitor (ideally 2 years PQE) with demonstrable previous experience in a technical Litigation department is a must for this challenging role.
