Job summary Cornerstone Practice is seeking a GP to work 6 sessions per week within our multi-disciplinary team to provide whole person care to our large patient population. There may be opportunity to extend this initial term length. The role will commence July 2025. Main duties of the job To provide primary and continuing medical care for patients in the community, taking account of physical, emotional, and social factors when diagnosing illness and recommending the required treatment. To work within a team alongside other care providers to discuss the best care options for patients and encourage patients to take responsibility for their own health. Patient contact will be made through either in person, telephone or online communication. On call duties will be shared across GPs on a pro rata basis.
