Account Manager
đ About Us
Weâre a people communications business who believes that people come first but with a big side helping of insight to prove what we do works. Weâre a friendly, straight-talking bunch of experts who blend creative ideas with good old-fashioned client service to put smiles on the faces of our household name clients. Weâre on the look out for a super organised person who knows how to speak client and can get stuck into supporting our Partnerâs client base to help with projects big and small.
đŒ About the Role
One part PA and the rest Account Manager, youâll support one of our Partners with their diverse and ever-growing client base. Taking direction from our Partner, youâll own your tasks â keeping everything ticking along smoothly, doing your fair share of admin, and sticking your hand up to support on projects of all shapes and sizes, for our Partner, as well as the wider teams at times.
In fact, youâll find yourself doing all sorts of interesting things. Itâs fun and informal here (even as we work virtually), but weâre so passionate about what we do and how we do it â we can be pretty demanding too.
It can also get very busy at times, as projects, like buses, have a habit of all arriving at the same time. So, youâll need to be well organised and calm under pressure with the ability to go from chatting to a client to proofreading an ad in the blink of an eye. Day to day, youâll be jumping in on clients, new and existing, wherever needed with your notebook (or the notes app, weâre flexible) at the ready to support all the inputs and outputs. Youâll know which questions to ask and when, taking all the details to keep us fully informed and on timeline.
And with your organised, flexible approach and mind for translating client feedback into creative feedback, your support on the tasks youâre owning will help make the difference between work â and great work.
đ About You
You donât need experience of working in advertising or communications (itâd be nice but not a deal breaker) but you do need to be really structured, organised and work at pace. Youâll be comfortable chatting to people on video chat, email and on the phone.
You should also be able to get to grips with a Mac, itâs our tool of choice alongside lots of cloud based applications like Google Workspace.
So, letâs cut to the chase. If you want to keep busy, as part of a small team that will grow your skills â letâs chat.
âłïž Compensation, Perks & Benefits
In return, we offer a competitive salary with a banding based on skill and experience, bonus scheme, private health scheme and season ticket loan. We're based in a converted mill just 15 minutes' walk from Leeds city centre but since the pandemic we work a mix between home and office and have an appetite for all things social, enjoying a little more than our fair share of work events, drinks, nights out, and away days, too.
We passionately believe in an inclusive workplace, and welcome applications from everybody regardless of gender, race, religion, sexuality, age or disability.
This is a hybrid role, where you can work from home but will need to be able to commute to Leeds as needed, typically a few days a month.
