A leading Tier 1 contractor based in the south coast is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the best contractors in the UK with over 100 years' experience as one of the paramount reputable contractors.
About the role of Site Administrator
This Tier 1 contractor traditionally specialises in new build commercial projects, including education, healthcare, MOD & industrial new builds, refurbishments & extensions. Traditionally valuing up to £150M across Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and Surrey for private and public framework clients. The role of Site Administrator will be based on one site in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Responsibilities for Site Administrator
Regularly monitoring and managing site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly
Assisting with time sheets
General ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements for Site Administrator
Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental
BPSS clearance is desired
Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential
