We are the drivers of change.#LI-HybridThis is the jobAs a Product Owner in Road Digital, you will collaborate closely with our Acquisition, Marketing, Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimisation teams to develop and maintain top-tier digital products for our customers. Your role involves supporting the Head of Digital Product and Senior Product Owner in delivering the digital development roadmap for UK and European breakdown cover B2C sales, including gathering requirements, managing a product backlog, and keeping stakeholders informed on progress and issues.You’ll take ownership of a specific workstream and collaborate with Digital Scrum teams and stakeholders across the business to create a digital experience that aligns with our vision of making the driving lives of all 32 million UK drivers simple and smart through data, digital, and innovation. You’ll be based in London, with occasional travel to Basingstoke or other AA offices across the UK.What will I be doing?Support the Head of Digital Product and Senior Product Owner in defining, owning, and delivering the digital strategy, vision, and roadmap for Road Digital.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on target outcomes and priorities.Deliver digital developments through an Agile scrum team, focusing on customer and commercial outcomes.Develop and manage a product backlog for your workstream, prioritising tasks and ensuring the scrum team understands the backlog.Use analytics and user research to drive decisions and track performance against KPIs and targets.Ensure developments meet brand, usability, and accessibility standards, and comply with ASA and FCA requirements.What do I need?Experienced Product Owner within a Digital environment, primarily focusing on customer-facing platforms across web and apps.Agile Scrum team experience and key user of Jira.Demonstrable ability to coach/mentor individuals and teams at all levels within immediate team.Proven track record of successfully delivering changes to customer journeys through development, delivery, and analysis phases utilising strong commercial acumen.Ability to understand, interpret, and report on data and digital performance trends.Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders, and ability to translate technical jargon into compelling non-technical storytelling.Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and projects.Additional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
