We will require a well organised individual who are able to empathise with our service users and be able to deal with sensitive enquiries in aconfidential manner. Knowledge and experience in customer care is essential due to the nature of the calls. Applicants will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and electronic mail with excellent accuracy in data input. You must have the ability tomulti task, manage and prioritise own workload and be able to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team. You must demonstrate you have experience of minute taking for this role and digital/audio typing would be beneficial.
