Tradewind are seeking an experienced and passionate Humanities Teacher to deliver lessons within secondary school in Warrrington.
Have you got experience teaching Humanities across KS3/4/5?
Have you taught the AQA/WJEC/Edexcel or equivalent specifications?
Have you got Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)?
Are you passionate about physical/human Geography? The History of Britain? Different religions?
Are you patient and able to support students with ALN/SEND?
Can you manage behaviour effectively?
Are you looking for flexible hours and shifts and willing to travel?
Have you got an enhanced DBS

Role & Responsibilities:
Deliver KS3 and KS4 Humanities lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Support children with additional needs - ALN/SEND and EAL.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Maintaining transparent communication with department teachers, parents, and stakeholders is integral to supporting the overall development of students.
Please note: All applicants will be subject to thorough employment checks and must have an Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service certificate in place. Candidates without an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service will need to apply for a new certificate through Tradewind Recruitment. Payable by the candidate and refunded by us after working for 20 days! Candidates must register with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) to work in education in Wales. Registration fee payable by the candidate.
