Role Objective
To conceptualize and execute bold, visionary design solutions that not only answer the creative brief but also inspire, influence, and resonate deeply with audiences.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with writers, strategists, and client service teams to craft holistic, boundary-pushing ideas.
* Develop and deliver creative concepts across diverse media—including print, motion, and 3D—with a focus on creating multi-dimensional, immersive experiences.
* Translate concepts into reality, with a strong understanding of print and production processes.
* Commission and collaborate with external creatives such as illustrators, photographers, and filmmakers.
* Create compelling storyboards and animations and contribute to film and motion projects.
* Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their creative growth.
* Present ideas confidently to clients and internal teams, building trust and enthusiasm around your vision.
* Manage time effectively, working closely with the client service team to meet deadlines and resource needs.
* Ensure all design work aligns with strategic objectives and upholds the highest standards of craft and innovation.
