Job Description
As a Credit Controller, your role responsibilities will include:
* Manage the receivables ledger, ensuring timely payment from clients
* Build and maintain effective relationships with clients
* Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts
* Produce monthly reports on debtor status
* Resolve any queries or issues with client accounts
* Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to achieve targets
* Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes
* Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
* Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
* A results-driven attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
