Are you an experienced HR and L&D professional ready to drive development in a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation?
We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Manager, Learning & Development focussed, to join OneMedical Group. You’ll play a vital role in shaping our people strategy, embedding a learning culture, and supporting employee growth across our organisation.
In this national role, you’ll work closely with the HR Director and wider team to manage and deliver impactful Learning and Development initiatives across the Group. While L&D is the core focus, you’ll also provide generalist HR support in areas such as employee relations, engagement, and recruitment.
You’ll lead on the design and delivery of tailored training programmes, manage our onboarding processes, support employee development, and ensure statutory and mandatory training compliance. You’ll also contribute to broader HR functions including policy development, change management, and strategic workforce planning.
This is an on-site role based at our Central Support Centre in LS21 1PY, with national travel required to support our Group-wide teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of corporate induction and onboarding programmes
* Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development
* Conduct training needs analyses and implement bespoke development plans
* Support employee engagement and succession planning initiatives
* Provide coaching to managers and support career development across teams
* Deliver training on key HR topics and support L&D-related systems
* Manage complex employee relations issues, TUPE processes, and policy updates
* Provide strategic insights through HR and L&D reporting
What we’re looking for
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Strong background in Learning & Development and HR generalist functions
* Proven experience delivering engaging training and professional development
* In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and compliance standards
* Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities
* Must have flexibility for national travel to all OneMedical Group sites
* Valid full driving license and own transport required

This role is based at our Bank Top Support Centre on Black Hill Road in Leeds (LS21 1PY). As we’re located in a beautiful rural setting just minutes from Golden Acre Park, there’s no public transport nearbyso your own transport is essential. The peaceful surroundings, great team, and regular visits from our friendly office dogs definitely make it worth the drive!
It’s also a nationwide role, and you’ll be expected to travel to our sites across the country as part of your work.
