The role of Senior Finance Assistant involves assisting the FC administering the day-to-day operation of the local finance function, which means performing all financial tasks that these include in a proper manner in relation to local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
1. Day-to-day operation of the local finance function, which means performing all financial tasks in a proper manner in relation to local laws and regulations.
2. Processing bank transactions and bank reconciliations
3. Managing customer collections
4. Managing cashflow
5. Payroll
6. Monthly Government compliance work (VAT etc)
7. Balance sheet reconciliations
8. Monthly Management accounts
9. GDPR internal compliance
10. Liaising with external auditors/accountants
Qualifications
Part qualified or QBE. Excellent written and communication skills. Microsoft 365. AX2009 experience would be advantageous (not essential).
