We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team based in a lovely rural location in Kent.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience advising clients on non-contentious & contentious employment law & HR, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on employment law and HR matters, including recruitment, training, and disciplinary procedures
* Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
* Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Maintain accurate records of HR-related activities and provide regular reporting to senior management
