Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse for 30 hours per week within the Complex Intervention and Treatment Team (CITT) in North Somerset. We are an integrated health and social care team that provides support for later life service users across the locality with both functional illness and dementia. You should be an organised, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to work and be committed to working with later life service users.
