Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake a range of specialist administrative duties specific to the department
2. Liaise professionally and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
3. Ensure all administrative tasks are performed in line with company procedures and policies
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation
5. Assist in preparing reports and presentations
6. Manage communication channels within the department
7. Support departmental projects and initiatives as required
8. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in administrative roles within the Defence & Security sector
2. Comprehensive understanding of departmental systems, processes, and procedures
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organisational and time management abilities
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
