Position: Supply Chain Specialist / Customer Service Coordinator based in Oxfordshire

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Supply Chain Specialist / Customer Service Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain process for our client's customer based in the UK, ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered efficiently and accurately. You will also be the main point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end supply chain process for assigned customers, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
2. Communicate with customers to understand their specific supply chain needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, acting as their main point of contact for all supply chain-related inquiries.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
5. Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies for optimizing inventory management.
6. Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or delays, keeping business partners informed throughout the process.
7. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on supply chain performance, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our supply chain processes.
9. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the company.
Stock & Warehouse Management:
1. Experience in stock management, including verification between physical stock and SAP.
2. Inventory tracking and control of goods in/out.
3. Coordination with warehouses to ensure product availability.
Transport & Logistics Management:
1. Ability to organize and plan deliveries based on stock availability.
2. Liaising with transport providers and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
Purchasing & Order Management:
1. End-to-end procurement process management, from purchase orders to goods reception.
2. Knowledge of Incoterms (DAP, DFCA) and coordination of international supply chain flows.
3. Experience in back-to-back supply chain between different entities.
Internal Coordination:
1. Close collaboration with the logistics team for customer order tracking.
2. Interaction with Customer Service (CS) for product analysis certificates and invoicing.
3. Ability to give transport instructions while working with the transport department.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in customer service or supply chain management preferred.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.
7. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
