Job Description
ROLE:
To provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercially occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service. You will be working on a critical site - previous experience is preferred.
Deliver PPM relating primarily to Electrical Equipment in-line with agreed programmes/SLA's in order to meet Client and Statutory Compliance. Complete Reactive Works identified through PPM work undertaken when requested. Provide Service Support as part of a team delivering quality service 24/7, with a requirement to be part of the out of hours emergency call-out team.
You will need to be experienced with HV switching.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements & risk assessments and relevant safety legislation and health and safety systems and procedures.
2. Provide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service Level Agreements to meet KPI's.
3. Maintain premises to exceptionally high standards through a proactive service delivery methodology.
4. Develop excellent working relationships with our client, their staff, or appointed representatives through good customer service.
5. Ensure that all applicable site documentation is kept up to date, as this will be regularly audited either by internal or external parties.
6. Work as part of a collaborative team and assist where necessary to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
7. Assist with the supervision of sub-contractor works ensuring compliance and adherence to applicable H&S standards when required.
8. HV Switching.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Required to undertake overtime where works cannot be performed during non-working hours.
2. Manage the completion of minor works carried out by others.
3. Liaise directly with the onsite FM Team and other service partners to form collaborative working relationships.
4. Utilise the clients CAFM system to provide accurate information related to our service provision.
5. Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work.
6. Carry out Electrical Maintenance/Installation work efficiently and in accordance with the National Working Rules for the Electrical Contracting Industry, the current IET Wiring Regulations for the Requirements of Electrical Installations BS7671, and the Construction Industry Safety Regulations.
7. High Voltage Authorised Person Certification - HVAP.
