As a temporary member of the Funding and Compliance department, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry for enrolment and ILR (Individualised Learner Record). Key Responsibilities:
Enter student data accurately and efficiently into the college database
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for enrolment and ILR
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Verify data for errors or discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Provide administrative support to the Funding and Compliance team as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
Enhanced Child DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
Right to work in the UK (e.g., passport)
Two professional references
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
