Customer Service Engineer
Location: Bridgend - Travel throughout Europe and further required
Salary: £36,000 p/a plus excellent benefits
Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Engineer who possesses a strong mechanical background and is familiar with hydraulic fitting techniques.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site inspection and planned preventative maintenance.
* Ensure smooth delivery and commissioning of equipment.
* Provide training for users and equipment maintenance teams.
* Carry out warranty inspections including fault finding and reporting.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
* Produce high-quality work.
* Provide technical instructions and demonstrate ability to read technical engineering drawings.
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
* Exhibit a customer-focused attitude at all times.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Experience in hydraulic fitting is essential.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools effectively.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and follow technical instructions.
* Ability to plan own workload, book travel, and accommodation to enable customer visits by deadline dates.
