Customer Service Advisor
Torquay Temporary, Full-Time hours 37.25, Hybrid £13.26 per hour
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a busy environment? We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a 3-month temporary role to support a busy Customer Service Team.
Job Duties:
* Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
* Providing information about products and services
* Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
As an experienced Customer Service Advisor, you will have the skills below:
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work well in a team
Prior experience in a customer service role is required, and the Customer Service Advisor will be knowledgeable in:
* Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
* Understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
