Rate of Pay: £11.68- £14.88 per hour (including holiday pay). Various contracts available after a successful probationary period Required experience: at least 6 months experience as a care assistant or in the care sector. We provide full in-house training & development including NVQ’s and clinical care You must be a UK resident and have the right to work in the UK to apply. You must have a full valid UK driving licence and access to your own car for work. Specific Requirements for this role: Experience supporting with a range of complex physical needs, as well as social and wellbeing. Due to the needs of our client, you must be a non-smoker. You will be expected to support with regular trips into the community for shopping/eating out/going to football matches etc. Being reliable and having a sense of humour is essential, as much as being diligent and caring. Client is very independent and you will support that. You will need to assist with running the house, managing finances etc. You should be a good communicator, enjoy some banter with the client but also know when to promote a quitter environment.
