Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Sales Manager to strengthen our global presence and drive sales in key international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing individual with a proven track record in winning business overseas. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing export sales strategies, developing new business, enhancing Kiverco’s global footprint and increasing market share.
About The Role
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership in dealer management and strategic sales execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of export sales and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. A solid background in export sales, particularly in the recycling industry is highly desirable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business in designated export market and build out a dealer network as the route to market.
Sales Execution and Forecasting: Support the dealer network in winning new business and agree sales targets with each dealer partner in conjunction with the Kiverco Head of Sales.
Customer & Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
Business Development: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead high-value negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Trade Shows & Industry Events: Represent Kiverco at global trade shows, exhibitions and industry conferences, generating new business leads and strengthening brand recognition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, applications and after-sales support to ensure seamless customer experience.

Desired Criteria
* Experience working with North America markets
* Minimum 3 years sales experience selling waste recycling plants
Required Criteria
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in export sales of capital equipment
* Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience
* Strong track record of delivering sales growth and managing international distribution networks
* Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Knowledge of export regulations, international trade compliance and logistics
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Willingness to travel extensively to support international sales activities
