We have a new opportunity at Virgin Media O2 for a Build Support Administrator!
Based within our Network Expansion division, the purpose of the role is to ensure that PIA build is fully coordinated and supported in all aspects at all stages, from their early planning life, through post planning and prebuild liaising with various internal and external stakeholders - all while facilitating the effective management of operational processes.
Key accountabilities include:
1. Acting as a single point of contact for all support/administration related queries regarding PIA, ensuring we comply with the current legislation. Ensuring all correspondence is managed in line with the Data Protection Act & company policies and assisting the wider NetEx support functions in achieving service level agreements and agreed KPI’s.
2. Ability to manage own workloads and prioritise accordingly.
3. Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers and improve liaison and information flow between all parties.
4. Focused on customer delivery and “right first time”.
5. To attend national departmental meetings and partner locations to provide training and support.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
6. Experience in an administrative role with excellent oral & written communication skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.g. Outlook, Excel
7. You must be able to work as part of a team and individually, be able to demonstrate resourcefulness and have the capacity to be agile and adaptable to support continuous improvement.
8. You must be highly motivated with the ability to deliver work to a high standard within strict timescales.
9. An eye for detail is essential, as well as the ability to digest and manipulate data, drawing conclusions and generating objective recommendations.
10. You will have a basic understanding of relevant and current legislation.
11. Capability to think logically and critically to evaluate problems and investigate issues to support business requirements.

15. Good analysis skills helping to define risks and make recommendations.
16. Ability to give support and provide training to colleagues.
17. The ability to apply initiative to workload/tasks.
