A vital role providing direct high quality fundamental patient care to in patients on our ward, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery. The HCSW will be supported and supervised by the registered nurse. The role is fundamental to supporting and safeguarding patients, assisting with personal care, nutrition and hydration, manual handling and infection prevention and control standards.
