Role & Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners from diverse industries to facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of qualified and suitable candidates to meet the hiring needs of our clients.
* Familiar with utilizing job portals, social media, professional networks, and leveraging the talent pool to identify potential candidates.
* Perform the initial hiring process, which includes sourcing and screening potential candidates for clients’ evaluation.
* Assist clients in conducting contract briefing and onboarding of potential candidates.
* Generate recruitment reports for the reporting manager.
* General administrative functions such as WP application, offer letters, contracts, SOP, etc.
* Handle large-scale recruitment projects (local and overseas).
* Provide career counseling when necessary.
Requirements
* Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Minimum Diploma with at least 1-2 years in HR functions such as recruitment and staffing.
* Applicants with CEI certification are at an advantage.
* Highly adaptable in a fast-paced and high-volume hiring environment.
* Able to multitask between different responsibilities and handle urgent work assignments.
* A meticulous team player who can work under minimal supervision.
