Job Description
The UK/I Private Healthcare operating business of HealthHero (Enterprise) has a suite of healthcare products and services in the area of Primary Healthcare and Mental Health. We have the objective of supporting our clients and patients by providing fast and effective access to Primary Healthcare in the UK and Ireland.
Primarily working within the Insurance and Employee Benefit market, we work strategically with our partners to implement our products and services into their sales proposition or corporate structures to allow them to provide tangible healthcare benefits to their members or employees. Our products are predominantly provided remotely (online or telephone) and include clinical services such as GP, Nurse, Physiotherapy, Counsellor, Dietitian, and Speech and Language Therapy appointments, supplemented with digital access and management tools that can be used independently of our clinical services.
Requirements
1. Take overall responsibility for the development of new business opportunities.
2. Ensure that overall and unit revenue targets are met.
3. Ensure that client communication is consistent and of a high standard.
4. Be the escalation point for commercial decisions to ensure pricing policies and objectives are met.
5. Report monthly to the operating management team on the performance to budget, key actions to achieve the plan, and emerging risks and opportunities.
6. Analyse market insights to create strategic direction for business policy to be adapted in line with market trends and opportunities.
7. Have a deep knowledge of the existing clinical and digital products, and be able to articulate how they fit in the market in their current form and how they are configured to meet the current market needs.
8. Develop the way we present our proposition so that it resonates with our new clients and existing developing needs.
9. Drive the commercial contracting process, agreeing terms with our clients that align with the business risk management policies and meet the commercial objectives of the business whilst increasing the pace of the contracting and re-contacting negotiations.
10. Develop strong relationships with our clients’ senior stakeholders by attending key review meetings (typically quarterly) to ensure that the business is represented appropriately and to acquire in-depth knowledge of the market direction and opportunities.
