We are presenting a truly unique opportunity for a highly driven International Business Development Manager to join their Sales and Marketing team. Our sales have increased 45% over the last 5 years, and we are now looking for a talented Business Development manager to help us boost this growth even further. Requirements Who we are looking for: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: A sales professional, with proven experience in export sales/distribution management. Experienced in negotiating for high value contracts. Relevant technical and scientific knowledge (electronic engineering, environmental instrumentation/plant science etc). Knowledge of environmental, plant science, agricultural and horticultural markets would be beneficial. Educated to degree level in engineering or applied science would be advantageous. Adopt a consultative selling approach. Ability to build strong working relationships. Highly driven and self-motivated with a focus on success. Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and adapt/interact with different markets in all countries. Happy to work in a co-operative working environment. Willingness to commit to a role that involves frequent international travel. Annual leave entitlement of 33 days including bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
