We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse RGN specializing in neuro care for our Neuro Residential facility. As a Nurse RGN in our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional nursing care to residents with neurological conditions, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being in a home-like environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of neurological disorders, as well as experience in assessing, planning, and implementing personalized care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal health outcomes and enhance the quality of life for those entrusted to our care. The position also involves mentoring and supporting junior staff, participating in ongoing training and development, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents with neurological conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Monitor and assess residents' health status, recording vital signs and changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring strict adherence to protocols
Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families during challenging times
Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in accordance with organizational policies
Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff and students in neuro care practices
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid NMC pin
Proven experience in neuro nursing or a related field is essential
Strong knowledge of neurological disorders and appropriate care strategies
Excellent assessment, observation, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate, patient-centred approach with a focus on dignity and respect

Pay Per Hour: £27.00
