Business Services Administrator
Harlow (Hybrid - 3 days office-based, 2 days remote)
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
£26,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound telephone and email enquiries from tenants of housing associations and local authorities.
Log all communications accurately, ensuring records are kept up to date.
Schedule and coordinate routine inspections and small works for engineers, maintaining a smooth daily workflow.
Monitor and update customer portals with job progress and completion notes.
Handle queries from both customers and field engineers, providing timely information and follow-up.
Assist Contract Managers with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure contractual obligations and service levels are met.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role, ideally within housing, compliance, engineering services or similar.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and courteous manner.
Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks with confidence and calmness under pressure.
