Brook Street are proud to be working with an established business where Customer Service is at the heart of everything they do. We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our clients call centre team as a Customer Service Representative.
You will be the first point of contact for all customers and will be responsible for addressing all queries promptly and professionally in line with the companies values.
Hours: Monday to Friday, Alternative shifts (8am - 4:30pm and 9am to 5:30pm) *Fully office based* NO WEEKENDS!
Temporary to permanent position
* Treat days in the office

Responsibilities:
* Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls
* Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
* Have great attention to detail
* Set up payment plans and process payments
* Up sell products to customers and explore other products and services beneficial to the customer
* Create and manage new customer accounts
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident on the telephone and excellent manner
