Job Description
My client is a global technology & IT services provider based in Cambridgeshire.
They are seeking a People Operations / Services Manager to cover the EMEA region. This role will report into the HR Director and be responsible for leading the People Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management of the People Operations team (cross-border) inclusive of weekly 1-2-1's and reviews.
2. Ensuring that all people related compliance is up to date and complete.
3. Ensuring operational excellence and consistently looking to improve processes.
4. Responsible for partnering with relevant stakeholders to develop standardised processes and procedures across EMEA.
5. Management of SLA's.
6. Ad hoc duties across the HR and People Services team as required.
Candidate profile:
1. 3-5 years’ experience within an EMEA People Services / Operations team.
2. Experience in using complex HRIS (ideally Workday).
3. Prior team management (at least 3 people).
4. In depth knowledge of employee lifecycle.
5. Prior experience in a global / matrixed environment.
6. Experience in working across the EMEA region.
7. Management of SLA’s and KPI’s.
8. Customer service management.
9. Understanding of Data Protection legislation and compliance.
