Support Worker (Female) – Doncaster
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant Support Worker to join our team in Doncaster. In this role, you will be working 20 flexible hours a week to assist our client in their daily living and integration into the community. The primary focus will be to provide high-quality care and support, ensuring the client’s comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Our client is highly social and enjoys activities such as attending concerts, visiting the cinema, dining out, and more. Your role will be essential in helping them maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
Working Hours:
* 20 hours per week.
* Rota provided on a monthly basis, but hours and days are flexible based on the client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering personalised care to a client with complex health conditions.
* Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
* Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
* Providing emotional support and companionship.
* Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in the client’s condition.
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role, preferably working with learning disabilities and epilepsy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Energetic, upbeat, and empathetic nature.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work weekdays as required.
* Valid UK driver’s license.
