What You’ll Be Doing
As our Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Diary Management – Organising and managing the field sales team’s appointments, ensuring they are efficiently scheduled with no clashes
* Call Quality Control – Listening to telemarketing calls where appointments have been booked, assessing quality, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance
* Booking Confirmations – Calling upcoming customers to confirm appointments, ensuring they are prepared and reducing no-shows
* Sales Data Management – Maintaining and managing our in-house sales statistics platform, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis
* Process Improvement – Identifying ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the sales team
Who We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of outbound telemarketing experience in telecoms
* Strong organisational and time-management skills – able to juggle multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Detail-oriented – able to review calls and provide constructive feedback
* Tech-savvy – comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
* A proactive team player – always looking for ways to improve processes and support the team
