*Projects Administrator - £245 per day pay (INSIDE IR35) - 10 month initial contract - Leven, Scotland*
We are currently recruiting a Projects Administrator to join an engineering site based in Leven. The hours for this role are 8am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am-1pm on a Friday. This is full time onsite in Leven, where there is onsite parking and a canteen available.
Key responsibilities:
* Running SAP reports as requested by engineers in the team (therefore SAP experience is essential)
* Dealing with queries received in the shared email address for the Hub Admin team or by direct email
* Dealing with Inspection reports and raising follow on tasks for remedial works
* Monthly updating of weekly safety statistics in preparation for Team Meeting using the safety stats database
* Maintaining shared files and updating procedures
* General administrative tasks to support the engineering team
Essential skills and experience:
1. SAP experience
2. Have the ability to work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where you can solve problems
3. Excellent organisational skills for own work and to facilitate structure in the wider team
