What would you do as our Service Field Operations Engineer The Service Field Operations Engineering is an exciting and varied role which entails customer meetings, site surveys, new resource training, supervising of service projects and completion of projects within the budget set. A key part of the role will be to ensure cost, time and quality targets are achieved according to customer agreements and scope of work. You would also:
* Have responsibility for site operations, installation and service of HLAD products.
* Identify new leads and opportunities for refurbishments, modernizations and Preventive Maintenance.
* Ensure that correct tool/system/people/safety/methods and documentation are always used within the projects.
* Work alongside the Design and Operations department to ensure correct material and lead times for material are on schedule.
* Responsible for that Risk Assessment and Method statement for site operations are followed.
Has strong technical skills on the Megadoor product.
* Has sufficient experience reading mechanical and electrical drawings.
* Is a professional communicator, in both speaking and in writing.
* Has excellent negotiation, planning and business skills.
* Has basic skills in office package and ERP system.
