Works with and engages Stakeholders regarding change processes, ensuring staff are supported with all EPR related change activities Participates in project meetings as appropriate. Deals with staff in a competent, compassionate, and professional way during a challenging project implementation which some staff may find difficult and emotionally stressful. Analyse business activity information and have a sound working knowledge of, and expertise in the identification of appropriate baseline measures working with service users Analyse and predict impact of change on current process to aid in definition of gap analysis Analyse and predict change impacts on processes and people to understand outcomes of change Plan and undertake baseline studies of current working practices and processes. Work with other relevant Business Change Leads to identify business change dependencies for the successful delivery of benefits for the project
