Deputy Home Manager
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager in Wisbech.
The Deputy Home Manager will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives.
Main Responsibilities
1. Leadership: Leading your team and working with other professionals to provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each child.
2. Role Model: Acting as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
3. Supervision and Mentoring: Supervising and mentoring staff, organizing work patterns, facilitating care-focused training, and accessing appropriate services to support childcare practices within the home.
4. Daily Management: Overseeing all day-to-day management matters, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
Requirements:
1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a Residential Children's home.
2. Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 in Management or Childcare, or willing to work towards it.
3. Full UK Driving Licence.
