Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Customer Support Technician to join our Customer Operations team. This is a key role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our channel partners, providing expert technical support and fault management. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you!
What will you be doing day-to-day?
1. Acting as the primary contact for our partners, handling a range of queries and fault management cases.
2. Supporting our in-house, market-leading business communication products.
3. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Delivering an outstanding customer experience through multiple support channels, including phone, email, and CRM systems.
5. Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
6. Receiving full training on our products, with ongoing coaching and development to enhance your technical expertise.
What you’ll need:
1. A passion for customer service and delivering first-class support.
2. Strong IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
3. A logical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
4. The ability to adapt your communication style to suit different customer needs.
5. A proactive and team-focused mindset.
6. Previous experience in a technical support role.
7. Knowledge of Voice and Data technologies.
8. Experience working in a fast-paced service environment.
