The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be a vital part of our recruitment team, responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of roles. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilise job boards, social media, and databases to identify and engage with potential candidates.
2. Screening Applications: Review CVs and applications to assess the suitability of candidates for specific roles.
3. Conducting Interviews: Pre-screen candidates over the phone or via video call to ensure they meet job specifications.
4. Database Management: Maintain and update our recruitment database with new candidate information.
5. Supporting Recruitment Consultants: Assist the team in coordinating interviews, candidate communication, and job offers.
6. Building Relationships: Develop a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:

6. Previous experience in recruitment or a customer-facing role is a plus (but not essential).
