What You'll Do:
1. Job summary: Responsible for the coordination of management system documentation, processes, and requirements, as well as internal and external audits.
2. Key responsibilities:
3. Develop a high level of communication and engagement with various teams to coordinate, manage, and improve the management systems.
4. Maintain system documentation to the required standard, tracking and updating documents as needed.
5. Monitor and track legislative requirements via online library access (provided).
6. Manage the company document schedule for the management systems, ensuring policies and documents are reviewed and updated accordingly.
7. Manage non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and develop corrective action measures where necessary.
8. Carry out internal audits and manage external audits (conducted by ISO certifying bodies).
9. Participate in weekly management system meetings as required.
10. Ensure management system folders are up to date and evidence information is logged, recorded, and organized.
11. Complete any training necessary to fulfill the role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualities Required:
* Teamwork, good communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and openness to developing new skillsets.
* Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 and its clauses; familiarity with ISO 14001 and 45001 is beneficial.
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with senior management, project teams, and certifying bodies.
Software Applications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with document management systems is beneficial.
