Full Time, Permanent. We have one vacancy at Symes House BS13 0EE and one at Welsman Office BS29JA.
A Children’s Social Care Assistant with a talent for administration and an interest in working in the field of family work is required in both Welsman and Symes House.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strong organisation and administrative skills.
2. Capacity to work under pressure.
3. Desire to be part of a team delivering services to vulnerable families receiving statutory services.
4. Good communication skills and ability to use initiative to support the work of the team.
5. Use of spreadsheets, upload performance information onto a database, administer finance process, and take minutes at meetings.
6. Respond effectively to contact from families and professionals on a regular basis.
