Accounts Administrator, up to 28K DOE
P&L Recruitment are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a rapidly expanding company based in Glasgow, to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with excellent progression opportunities! The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as part of a small team.
Main duties:
* Reconciling payment certificates with invoices
* Compiling operations & maintenance manuals
* Updating of purchase orders
* Processing of AP invoices
* Logging & reconciliation of purchase ledger
* Weekly timesheet, payroll & sub-contractor certificate processing
* Compiling monthly payroll for submission
* Assist in scheduling and maintaining work calendar
* Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
* Organise and maintain physical and electronic file
* Tender process administration & project support
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Handling inbound & outbound company mail & email
* Project document management
* Loading information into project management software
Main requirements:
* Previous accounts administration
* Good IT skills, including Excel
* Xero experience would be an advantage
* Strong team player
* Be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
