Lead a Brand-New Bespoke Service!
We are looking for a Registered Nurse, or experienced Manager with a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting leadership role in our new bespoke supported living service in the Lancing area. This service will provide life-changing, person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Salary - From £42,000 to £48,000 per year (depending on experience), reviewed annually.

Who We Are Looking For:
1. Registered Nurse (RNLD, RMN, or RGN) with an active NMC PIN
2. Experience as a Nurse Manager, or Manager in a learning disability or complex needs setting
3. A confident leader who can inspire a team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care
4. Someone creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
About the Role:
As our Service Manager, you will lead a passionate team in delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual. They love outdoor adventures, music, water play, and trampolining, and your leadership will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
Working hours are 40 per week, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties. We know flexibility is important, so we're open to discussing alternative work patterns to support work-life balance.
