Hayward Hawk are working in partnership with a fantastic client who is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator / Administrator to join their team in Lisburn. The ideal candidate will provide critical administrative and sales support to ensure smooth operations across the business. Location: Lisburn Position Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: 40 hrs p/w, Mon Fri Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 / £12 - £13 per hour The role: Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management. Handle incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, and direct them appropriately. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed. Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. Process sales orders and ensure all necessary documentation is complete. Liaise with customers to address inquiries and provide updates on orders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services. Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. The candidate: Previous experience in Admin/Sales Admin Knowledge of the sales process and customer service best practices. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease, maintaining efficiency and accuracy. Takes initiative to identify and address issues without being prompted.
