Title: Digital Content Executive - size? Group (size?)
The purpose of this role is to support the senior exec / content manager and wider digital teams in maintaining and developing the customer journey across all digital channels whilst managing the day-to-day content updates. You will be working with marketing, creative and development to execute campaigns and promotions from brief to delivery with a data first approach. Reviewing site metrics daily to understand and optimise performance, making sure set clear and measurable actions to improve KPIs.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform regular site checks to ensure best possible customer journeys are in place as well as picking up and resolving any issues with the relevant teams.
2. Day to day responsibility of updating and maintaining all content across the size? Group websites including apps, utilising various platforms and CMS tools.
3. Work with trade and marketing teams on ensuring all relevant product is being promoted and showcased in the best way possible in line with trading plans.
4. Briefing creative teams and managing the roll out of assets to suit all channels and territories.
5. Working with the wider team to develop site improvements and drive innovation that increases onsite conversion, view product and add to cart across desktop and mobile.
6. Ensure brand guidelines and creative consistency is executed across UK & EU territories and all responsible channels.
7. Ensure that the customer journey is smooth and effective from all marketing touch points through to purchase.
8. Continually monitor competitor activity and relevant creative sources for inspiration and share with the wider team.
9. Manage campaigns and promotional activity to ensure timed content hits deadline.
10. Ensure relevant updates to landing pages/brand pages etc.
11. Daily site crawling to ensure everything is up to date.
Skills and Experience
1. 1+ years Proven experience in an Ecommerce optimisation position.
2. Shopify experience preferred.
3. Experience using Google Analytics.
4. Experience using Content square preferred.
5. Analytical skills are essential.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Able to work alongside other departments.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. The ability to work as part of a small team in a fast moving environment.
