Join the team at Raised in Bristol, a not-for-profit social enterprise providing the very best early years education whilst brightening the local landscape by investing in our community. We’re looking for Educators qualified at level 3+ to join the dream team at our wonderful North Bristol nursery. This team is headed up by the lovely Robyn our Nursery Manager and many of the team at this nursery have been with us for several years. They’re a supportive bunch – passionate about their work and the children. This nursery has just 62 places for children so it has a more relaxed feel than larger settings. The old school building has been newly refurbished and has been designed to inspire young minds. We’ve focused on creating a light, welcoming and enticing environment. At Raised in Bristol we offer play-led learning in a space that prioritises a nurturing environment with a focus on nature and nutrition as children take their first steps towards school. Located at the Greenway Centre in Southmead this nursery is a short drive from Southmead Hospital and the local areas of Filton, Patchway, Westbury-on-Trym, Henleaze and Horfield. There is free parking on site in the community centre car park but the area is also served by local bus routes running from the city centre and all across Bristol.
Why work with us? We really value our expert team. As well as offering competitive pay for all roles in a friendly and supportive team, you’ll receive lots of great benefits:
1. At least the Real Living Wage & more for qualified level 3 educators and above
2. Paid lunch break
3. 50% off for your child in our nurseries
4. Enhanced maternity pay
5. Employer pension
6. ‘Refer a friend’ bonus for introducing new team members to us
