Position: Partner - Dispute Resolution
Location: Hereford, United Kingdom

This role presents an ideal opportunity for an experienced litigator seeking to transition to a market town environment while continuing to undertake quality legal work for quality clients.
About the role:
* A leadership role in a robust dispute resolution team of over 50 lawyers, including 19 Partners, across our 10 offices.
* This role will enable the successful applicant to leverage their expertise to benefit both local and national clients.
* Working with HCR’s Dispute Resolution leadership team to help deliver a successful offering in the Hereford area.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
* First class legal expertise.
* An ability to think creatively and commercially when resolving complex disputes for clients.
* Strong leadership and people management.
* Excellent client care skills.
* A commitment and capability to formulate a clear business plan and execute it.
