The position will involve supporting the Facilities (Hotel Services) team in delivering housekeeping and linen room services to National Standards for Cleaning in NHS Wales, HIW standard 5. The role includes assisting in developing, maintaining, and promoting the highest standards of service delivery and team working practices, supporting the Facilities Unit commitment to the EQMS framework, and helping to maintain open, effective communication.
The post holder is responsible for training, supervising, and providing professional guidance to housekeeping and linen room staff to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all staff are appropriately trained.
Main Duties of the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Facilities Team at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Llantrisant. The successful candidate will be part of our establishment delivering high standards of services to support patient care.
The position will involve shift rostered hours across a seven-day week as an afternoon position. Further details will be confirmed upon interview.

Salary: £24,433 to £26,060 per annum pro rata
