Salary: Up to £60k base (with competitive commission structure)

Our client offers a comprehensive portfolio of solutions, including enterprise services, cybersecurity, managed services, automation, and resource outsourcing. Currently, they are expanding their digital solutions in the UK market and are formally launching their data solutions.
The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their UK team, focusing on their Automation Portfolio, including a competitive network monitoring product. This role is ideal for someone looking to drive significant new business and contribute to a rapidly growing organization that has established a strong market base in the Middle East and is now expanding into the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UK, targeting telecommunications companies, ISPs, and large enterprises.
* Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, aligning our client's solutions to meet their needs.
* Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at large data center environments, with targets between £1.5 and £2 million.
* Lead Generation: Collaborate with lead generation teams and junior BDRs/interns, while also demonstrating the ability to self-generate leads.
* Market Expansion: Play a crucial role in diversifying our client's customer base and enhancing their market presence in the UK.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: A proven track record in selling to telecommunications companies, ISPs, or large enterprises, with strong ties in the UK market.
* Relationships: Established connections within the UK, particularly in sectors with large data centers and multiple branches.
* Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in new business development, with 3-6 month sales cycles and a history of meeting ambitious targets.
* Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of network monitoring products and automation solutions.
* Self-Starter: Ability to work independently within a KPI-driven environment, without the need for micromanagement.
