About the Role
As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Manager in the daily operations of the pre-owned sales department and act as Sales Manager during absences. You will utilise your sales experience to achieve your individual performance KPIs, as well as support the team towards success in both performance and positive workplace culture.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day management of the sales department
* Help with setting short-term and long-term goals/targets
* Promote team’s adherence to company processes & quality standards
* Achieve your own monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Lead by example on company values: “Safety First”, “Can Do”, “Ask the Question”, “Do the Right Thing”, “Mutual Respect”
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in automotive sales
* Leadership ability
* Drive and enthusiasm
* Professional approach and presentation
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Able to use Microsoft Office products/software programs
* Driver’s licence required
